If you don't know, I enjoy running, not because I am super fast and can run like the wind, but because I can run and somehow survive and can run moderately long distances... I will get there slowly but I will get there...anyway... I think this story starts about 5 years ago when my best friend Rachel asked me to go out on a run, and I think my initial response was something along the lines of "Go away, I am going to die, that won't be happening, can we go to happy hour instead?".
